 Participants will learn to manage their digital presence in an open and accessible way Participants will learn leading practices for data and software citation, to ensure all research outputs receive proper credit and attribution Participants will learn how to work openly, accessibly, and inclusively on research teams to enhance scientific collaboration  Strengths to be taught:  Working openly and transparently Collaborative teamwork Reproducibility in research  Knowledge gaps: How to properly cite and give credit for data and software produced during research How to incorporate open science leading practices in research teams
