This dataset comprises raw data related to the study “Transition metal ions as a new therapeutic target for cardiac light chain amyloidosis”, aimed at investigating the in vitro and in vivo role of transition metal ions in the redox process underlying LC cardiotoxicity. This research was funded by Italian Ministry of Health (Ricerca Finalizzata RF-2016-02361756 to Prof. Giovanni Palladini).
