Description
Functions to compute the Thomson-scattered spectrum from a plasma with non-Maxwellian electron and ion VDFs, and to recover non-Maxwellian parametrizable VDFs from a given TS spectrum. Originally written to be compatible with PlasmaPy v0.7.
