SIMSTRAT-AED2 simulations of Lake Geneva with corresponding observations file (1981-2021)

The dataset contains daily simulations (SIMSTRAT-AED2) and measurements (SHL2 monitoring station) of the physical and biogeochemical conditions of Lake Geneva between 1981-2021, including water temperature, carbonate system (pH, alkalinity, CO2, DIC), sediment and atmospheric fluxes, and GPP/respiration rates of the organic community. Simulations are in ".dat" format and include both scenarios used in the study (simulation using calcite precipitation/dilution vs. without calcite precipitation/dilution). The observation made at SHL2 are in the MATLAB format (.mat) and have been interpolated daily to fit with the resolution of the simulation.
