Course attendants will learn how to enrich their scholarly digital edition in the direction of the "distributed edition" with two advanced features: (1) linking to the source document images through IIIF; (2) linking concepts and named entities (including places and persons) to LOD entities They will explore strategies to visualize these features in EVT (Edition Visualization Software).

These are the learning materials of a workshop held within the "Corso di Digital Humanities per i Dottorandi della Scuola di Scienze Umanistiche 2022-23", a series of workshops and lectures for PhD students organized by the DISH Center (Digital Scholarship in the Humanities) at the University of Turin, Italy.
