  • 1. University of Sussex

Description

R code for conducting the quantitative genetic analysis of phenotypic data available here: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.571168

Female and male heritability, genetic covariance and genetic correlation between the sexes are estimated from the posterior distribution of a Bayesian mixed effects model run in R using the package MCMCglmm (Lynch & Walsh, 1998; Hadfield, 2010).
