МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ ПРИНЦИПИ П. ТІЛЛІХА У ТЕОЛОГІЧНОМУ МИСЛЕННІ

The article examines the correlation method of P. Tillich systematic theology. The methodological principle of the teachings of P. Tillich, set forth by him in his work «Systematic Theology», is analyzed. It is noted that a specific feature of the teachings of P. Tillich can be considered his desperate defense of the weight and significance of rational thinking in theology and, at the same time, a unique way of using existentialist postulates to complement theological abilities in explaining the meaning and significance of the Christian faith.
