Key to subtribes of the tribe Metrioxenini

1. First ventrite little longer than second ventrite. Body large. Apex of elytra usually Zherichinixenina with teeth. Rostrum in males without erect setae ventrally

– First ventrite strongly elongated. Body small. Apex of elytra without teeth 2

2. Rostrum in males with long erect setae ventrally. Femora always lacking tooth. Pseudometrioxenina Metatibiae almost straight in males

– Rostrum in males lacking long erect setae ventrally. Femora often with tooth. Metrioxenina Metatibiae curved in males
