THE CONCEPT OF "REGULATORY LEGAL DOCUMENT": SCIENTIFIC AND LEGAL CONTENT

Today, relevant scientific research is being carried out in the field of legal theory. The essence of this research work is to improve the practice of legislation and law enforcement in the field of content. Based on this, this scientific article scientifically and legally analyzes the category of "regulatory document", which is considered as a legal document that defines, changes or cancels legal norms containing mandatory state regulations for all. Within the framework of the topic, the theoretical views of mature scientists and foreign researchers were analyzed and a scientific debate was started with them. The article also gives a theoretical and legal description of the concept of "regulatory document", and its features are described on the basis of practical examples and legal norms.
