Figure S4. Per-iodic acid-Schiff stained sections of kidneys from SHR-A3, SHR-B2, SHR-A3(Trip B2) and SHR-A3-IGHKO.
Divergent emergence of renal injury injury in SHR-A3 and SHR—B2 is seen as animals age from 18 weeks (no injury in either strain) to 40 weeks (substantial injury in only SHR-A3. Congenic substitutions in SHR-A3 that are reported in the manuscript result in significant mitigation of renal injury as shown.
