Description
This repository contains the data associated with the Tau SiMPull project, led by Dorothea Böken.
The complete set of preprocessed data has been provided, as well as example images for use with the initial ComDet (diffraction-limited) and Picasso (super-resolution) steps. The datasets have been grouped by type of data (raw images vs preprocessed data), sample and imaging modality (super-resolution (SR) vs diffraction-limited (DL)).
