Displacements, Digital Interventions, and Cultural Heritage in and out of Ukraine

This poster describes the digital interventions that arose to support disrupted and displaced scholars in the wake of the February 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, as well as efforts to support and preserve cultural heritage in Ukraine by several allied institutions (including: the Center for Urban History in Lviv, the Luxembourg Center for Contemporary and Digital History (C2DH), Science for Ukraine, the University of New Europe, Saving Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Online (SUCHO), and the SlavicDH Affiliate group of the Association for Slavic and East European Studies (ASEEES). It points forward to the upcoming event in October 2024, in which the SlavicDH group will hold an event to initiate the translation of some Programming Historian resources into Ukrainian.
