Jkim9486/Scube: S-cube v3.8 with sensitivity plots

Bug fixes and stability improvements. Added the ability to select electron diffraction form factor.

S-cube v3.8 is guaranteed to work reliably in MATLAB 2020B and later on Windows 10 and RedHat-based Linux.
