THE ASSESSMENT OF THE POSSIBILITIES OF USING FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN THE PROCESSES OF DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN CAPITAL IN SCHOOL EDUCATION IN UZBEKISTAN (EXPERT SURVEY)

The article reflects the results of a sociological study conducted on the method of expert assessment on the possibility of using foreign experience in the processes of development of human capital in school education in Uzbekistan. Feedback on the importance of international indicators in the assessment of the quality and effectiveness of school education in Uzbekistan is also described.
