`cattolicadown` RMarkdown to LaTeX thesis template for UCSC

This R Markdown template is for writing a thesis for UCSC (Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore) of all locations, from all degree programs. The template is built using Yihui Xie's bookdown package, with strong inspiration from Chester Ismay's thesisdown and the OxThesis template (more recently repurposed by John McManigle).
