Grant proposal submitted by Invest in Open Infrastructure to Arcadia, a charitable fund of Lisbet Rausing and Peter Baldwin, in 2023-01. From the proposal summary: "...We are asking the Arcadia Fund for three-years of support to scale the operational capacity of IOI. Additional staff and resources will accelerate our efforts to alleviate decision fatigue at institutions and meet information gaps with cutting-edge research, analysis, and guidance.  Based on our research, we believe that coordinated action is critical today in order to drive investment to where it’s needed most to advance open infrastructure, and improve the health of the ecosystem writ large."
