SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL LITERATURE AS A METHODOLOGICAL BASIS FOR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

This publication aims to expand the understanding of the scientific community about the purpose of technical documentation in the planning and conduct of scientific research. Special attention is paid to the defining role of scientific publications as unique values of technical continuity. The advantages of printed publications over interactive digital content are described. The basic principles of cataloging and classification of National scientific literature are touched upon.
