Gecarcinus lateralis - Eyestalk Ganglia Transcriptome Assembly

Assembled de novo using the methods in Pérez-Moreno et al.(2023) with a multi-kmer multi-assembler approach (Trinity + rnaSpades) and processed via the EvidentialGene pipeline.

Nucleotide and amino acid sequence assemblies in FASTA format.
