Windows and ubuntu linux GUI apps that calculate the melting temperature of a user imported forward and reverse primer based on primer blast default parameters as it contains the SantaLucia, 1998 salt correction formula. It can correct the tm calculation based on the existence of additives formamide & DMSO.
