Kola peninsula, Karelia, Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Arkhangelskaya Oblast, Komi Republic, Middle Urals, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Tomskaya Oblast, Krasnoyarsky Kray, Khakassia, Altai, Tuva, Irkutskaya Oblast, Republic of Buryatia, Zabaikalsky Kray, Yakutia, Magadanskaya Oblast, Kamchatka, Amurskaya Oblast, Jewish Autonomous Oblast, Sakhalin Isl.,?Kuriles, Primorye. Outside Russia in N America, Arctic Europe, N Asia, Korea, Japan (Hokkaido, Honshu Isl.).
Hostplants: Vaccinium (Beljaev 2016).
