Description
FIGURE 1 Phylogenetic tree generated from maximum likelihood (ML) analysis based on combined LSU and ITS sequence data for the family Rhamphoriaceae. Bootstrap support values for maximum likelihood and maximum parsimony greater than 75% and Bayesian posterior probabilities (PP) greater than 0.95 are indicated above or below the nodes as ML/MP/PP. Ex-type strains are in bold, the new obtained isolates are in red. The tree is rooted with Brachysporium nigrum (M.R. 1346).
