Holotype: 1 ♂. HOLOTYPE ♂/ PARATYPE 2♀ / DIPLOPODA / GLOMERIDESMIDAE / G lomeridesmus albaceps / Loomis/ det. H. F. Loomis, 1975/ JAMAICA: Middlesex, Saint/ Ann Parish, S. of Moneague/ Mt. Diablo/ 28-XII-1972 / S. & J. Peck // Glomeridesmus [sic] albaceps/ Loomis, ♂ holotype, 2♀ / paratypes // [barcode label] FSCA 00070681.
Conservation status: Fair condition; in 75% EtOH.
Additional notes: 2 paratypes ♀♀ in vial; same location data; FSCA 00070688, FSCA 00070687; species epithet misspelled “albaceps” on label inside vial.
