Three changes: (1) updated fps conversion not to blur starting frames, (2) added camera frame count JSON such that total frame counts for cameras could be easily accessible, and (3) added check for IPI start samples across audio devices (a simple print statement in the console which tells you the largest, smallest and mean sample differences).
