Retina OCT glaucoma
Description
This data set is part of the public development data for the 2023 Automated Universal Classification Challenge (AUC23). The data set was previously introduced and described by Ishikawa, H. (2018) and concerns the classification of eyes as healthy or glaucomatous from optical coherence tomography (OCT) volumes of the optic nerve head. Data was restructured in compliance with the AUC23 challenge format, and no images or patient information were added. The data set consists of 884 OCT scans.
Images are 3D tensors:
- 0: 3D OCT volume centered on the optic nerve head
Classification labels:
- 0: Normal
- 1: Primary open angle glaucoma
