AIM RSF R training

About

This repository contains the materials used for the AIM RSF workshop series on R, delivered in November and December 2022 and January 2023.

You can find the scripts created during the live coding part of the workshops in the demos folder.

The slides for the presentation part of the workshops are in .html format and the easiest way to view them is to follow the links shared below:

- Introduction to R slides and video recording.
- Getting started with data slides and video recording.
- Data wrangling with dplyr and tidyr slides and video recording.
- Data visualisation with ggplot2 slides and video recording.
- Literate programming with R Markdown slides and video recording.

These materials are heavily based on the Data Carpentry lesson R for Social Scientists and are reused and adapted under a CC-BY licence.

The data come from the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), which are available under the open licence, compatible with the  CC BY 4.0 license.
