major update to calibration settings (calibration and recording can be captured at different frame rates now; changed setting the camera frame rate in the Motif API to "MotifMulticamFrameRate") and configuring the video directory for sleap-anipose (directory structure obeys their rules, so it's easier to get 3D points)
