Description
- Adds some TMB variables. And alters print to recognize if nlminb was used for fitting.
- Added more allowed methods names in prep for more methods.
- Adds MARSSfit generic for calling fits and altered functions that called MARSSkem and MARSSoptim to use method instead.
- Defines MARSSfit methods for kem and BFGS
- Fixes some minor typos
