This dataset has been prepared as part of the Working Package 4 of the "Planning with Youth" research project and is used to inform our current research on youth engagement on questions of intergenerational equity.  Youth-litigation constitutes and interest mobilisation strategy which is under-investigated in terms of if and how it influences governance processes and outcomes.
