Description
This feature list was created and submitted as a part of the publication process of the work titled "Novel per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) discovered in cattle exposed to AFFF-impacted groundwater'. Per and polyfluorinated (PFAS) related features were prioritised from high-resolution mass spectrometry full scan data acquired from contaminated cattle blood and serum. The data was acquired in SCIEX X500R QTOF with multiple collision energies ranging from 12-60.
