Terraforming the Milky Way galaxy

After terraforming the entire Milky Way galaxy, create habitats in two phases:

1.Create a habitat in the entire Solar System only for humans to live in.

2.Create a habitat in the remaining (terraformed) galaxy for all the non-human creatures resurrected on Earth and transport them using mega spaceships.
