simplex Redtenbacher, 1906: 26 [Antongilia]
Probable PLTs’, ♁ & 2 ♀♀: Madagascar, Antongil, ex. coll. Br. v. W. 1899.
Comment: These are labelled in the ETHZ collection as Antongila laciniata. The lectotype is in NMW (No. 9), paralectotypes in RBINS, MNHN, NMW, ZMUH and ZIN.
Valid name: Virgasia simplex (Redtenbacher, 1906)
