Description

Imaging data utilized in the study "BabelBrain: An Open-Source Application for Prospective Modeling of Transcranial Focused Ultrasound for Neuromodulation Applications" to appear in IEEE Transactions on Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics, and Frequency Control.

The data contains anonymized anatomical MRI and CT data from 5 subjects in NifTI format. Datasets were defaced. Outputs of preprocessing of data with SimNIBS 4.0 charm tool are also included.

The subjects were selected based on the skull density ratio (SDR) from CT scans. The subjects represent SDR scores of 0.31, 0.42, 0.55, 0.67 and 0.79.

This study was approved by The Conjoint Health Research Ethics Board (CHREB) of the University of Calgary.  Ethics ID: REB22-0235
