Description
It is time for the first big upgrade on PhenoScore.
Changes in this version include:
- Removal of VGG-Face and the dependencies
- Added support for GestaltMatcher-arc if the local needed files are available
- Removed phenopy dependency and implementation of a much more efficient HPO comparison manner
- Implementation of OptiLIME by @DatSplit to get a feel for how accurate the LIME explanations are
