Description
This R script is associad with the manuscript 'Age-depth model for Andean Lake Junín from geophysical downhole logging data' by Simona Pierdominici and co-authors.
It was scripted by C. Zeeden, 2020-2023.
The R code includes reading data, matching data to a common depth- and time scale, and assess the cyclic components via several methods as in the associated manuscript. It is meant as documentation of the calcilations made in the manuscript 'Age-depth model for Andean Lake Junín from geophysical downhole logging data' by Simona Pierdominici and co-authors.
