  • updated test data and pre-packaged hmm files to be downloaded from zenodo instead of figshare, because this problem (https://github.com/AstrobioMike/GToTree/issues/74), that is currently happening with figshare, is not happening with zenodo
  • updated the hmm-sources-and-info.tsv table that's packaged with GToTree code
