This article analyzes the possibilities of establishing a model of a telemedicine system to provide fast and high-quality emergency medical care to patients. A system has been developed to create an "electronic health care" system. The current state of medical institutions operating in the Republic of Uzbekistan was studied. Research was conducted on the network structure of the telemedicine system and the remote monitoring system of the human condition.
