AER Line File Parameter Database, used in LBLRTM and LNFL. To preserver directory structure, the compressed tar file is archived.
Reorganized [4019178](https://zenodo.org/record/4019178/files/aer_v_3.8.1.tar.gz?download=1) so tarball zips a single directory.
