Description

Quantified microscopic data: Single cell measurements of ERK activity reporter (ERK KTR) translocation after stimulation of optoFGFR with 100 ms blue (470 nm) light pulses in random points of time. Dataset used in Nałęcz-Jawecki et al. to quantify information transmission rate throught the MAPK/ERK pathway. Preprint available at BioArxiv: https://doi.org/10.1101/2022.03.17.484713.
