Description

Dataset relevant to the paper, Peregrine: Sequential simulation-based inference for gravitational wave signals.

  1. With compute_JSD.py, you can plot the Jensen-Shannon divergence between two 1D marginal posteriors.
  2. prefix_result.json refers to posteriors obtained using a stochastic sampler (dynesty, cpnest or ptemcee).
  3. prefix_logratios refers to logratios obtained using peregrine.
