Description
Dataset relevant to the paper, Peregrine: Sequential simulation-based inference for gravitational wave signals.
- With compute_JSD.py, you can plot the Jensen-Shannon divergence between two 1D marginal posteriors.
- prefix_result.json refers to posteriors obtained using a stochastic sampler (dynesty, cpnest or ptemcee).
- prefix_logratios refers to logratios obtained using peregrine.
