Description

Add a new argument to parascopy cn: --region-dist allows to set distance, connecting nearby duplications with the same reference copy number. Previously, the parameter was hidden and was always 1000 bp.

Additional bug fix: now Parascopy works with scipy 1.9.0 and higher (PearsonRConstantInputWarning deprecated).
