v1.0.0
A pre-release of the manuscript figures, manuscript vignette, seqOutATACBias software, and seqOutATACBias workflow vignette. These subfolders are meant to accompany the paper "Correction of transposase sequence bias in ATAC-seq data with rule ensemble modeling" and allow the user to both reproduce the paper's findings and apply the rule ensemble scaling, detailed in the paper, to their own data. A more thorough explanation of each part of this package may be found on the main GitHub page.
