Description
3D Transcription Force Microscopy Analysis. This is a Wolfram Mathematica v13.0 script to analyse 3D Traction Force Microscopy data from 4D stacks of collagen matrices. Copy and paste the code in to a new Mathematica notebook. Please e-mail mark_robert.holt@kcl.ac.uk for assistance/advice.
