This upload contains additional material for the study titled "An initial Theory to Understand and Manage Requirements Engineering Debt in Practice." In detail, the upload contains

  1. the interview protocol as well as the codebook used for coding the interview transcripts,
  2. the survey protocol including all survey questions, and
  3. an initial attempt at visualizing the resulting theory.
