Description

Eventdisplay is a reconstruction and analysis pipeline for data of the VERITAS Imaging Atmospheric Cherenkov Telescopes (IACT).

v492.0-rc6 is the 6th candidate for v492. Do not use for science analysis

New Feature

  • compareDatawithMC / VDataMCComparision add support for XGB stereo friend trees, including CLI/config wiring and validation of matching friend-file entries.

    • Data/MC comparison now also fills a new theta histogram in addition to existing theta2 plots.
    • A few targeted correctness fixes landed: effective-area response-matrix bin loop indexing, stereo direction/core validity checks, and a bounds check in TMVA debug output.
