6. Begonia leptotricha C.DC. (1914: 121).
Type:— PARAGUAY: Alto Paraná, 1910, K.Fiebrig 5707 (lectotype, designated here B [B100247913]; isolectotypes B [B100247914], G [G00085178, G00077063] and M [M-0145741]).
Residual syntypes:— PARAGUAY: Alto Paraná, K.Frieberg 5354 (B [B100247911, B100247912], BM [BM000548899], K [K000542564], G [G00085177, G00077062], GH [GH00068244] and US [US 00115363]).
Notes:— Jacques (2005) designated Fiebrig 5707 (B) as lectotype and isolectotype but without specifying barcodes, therefore a second-step lectotypification is necessary and is provided here.
