Description

Three changes:

  • parascopy depth: new default parameter for --loess-frac (was 0.1, now 0.2).
  • parascopy cn and cn-using. Do not output paralog-specific CN = ? if it can be inferred that the CN is 0 from other high-quality paralog-specific CNs.
  • parascopy call: remove an assert: not crucial when it fails.
