Description

  • "iGluSnFRanalysis.7z" is a zip file containing two distinct sub-folders called "invivo" and "exvivo" data contains analysis tools to reproduce iGluSnFR datasets presented in Figure2. Each folder contain specific ReadMe file to explain step-by-step how to perform the analysis.
  • "transcriptomic_analysis.tar.xz" is an archive file containg R project including all the scripts and data to reproduce the analysis
