In the age of digital and Gen Z, companies have understood that they must change to cope with intense competition and adapt to the behaviour of increasingly volatile, demanding and more informed Digital Natives. Unfortunately, the “digital transformation” approach has become overused, sometimes wrongly and annoyingly. Some companies believe that with two or three posts on social media, they are digitalized, while it takes a good marketing strategy based on targeted, concise and high-quality content. The study found that Moroccan companies are aware that developing a content marketing strategy is much more complex and that the results take time to appear.
