Academic Review on the Evaluation of the Advantages and Disadvantages of the Challenges or Conveniences of Online Education for Educators and Education Administrators
Description
Both the challenges posed by online education and the possibilities it offers have been the subject of several debates. Watermeyer et al. They state that "digital disruption" has occurred in education systems as a direct result of the rapid transition from traditional to online education modes. This transition has come as a direct result of the rapid shift from traditional teaching modes to online education modes. The rapid move away from traditional education tools and to online education modes is solely responsible for this change. In the words of Adedoyin and Soykan, "Turning obstacles into opportunities" is the best way to increase both the quality of the work done and the productivity produced. Authors Nikdel Teymori and Fardin note that "Education can be separated into pre- and post-COVID-19 outbreaks," illustrating the key role online education plays in a particularly difficult moment. Our research has mostly not focused on the challenges posed by the pandemic, which has an undisputed impact on education as well as on educators and students; we were more generally concerned with online education. While increased countries are reporting fewer cases of COVID-19, the current energy crisis may put pressure on many organizations, including educational institutions, to cut spending on heating and electricity bills. There have been many studies that highlight the many advantages that can be gained by taking an online education and they are interesting. Some of these advantages are the capacity to instruct more students, flexibility, and the ability to train more students. However, there are also some disadvantages or challenges that administrators must address to ensure that they can provide each one of their students with a high-quality education. This will make it possible for the school to achieve what it wants to do. The aim of this study is to compare the work values held by Generation X trainers with the values held by Generation Y trainers and to examine the link between these two aspects of the workforce. In line with the purpose of the research, single survey models and relational survey models were used to analyze the work values and work pleasure levels experienced by the instructors, respectively. An approach known as “stratified sampling” was used as part of the data collection procedure to obtain the required statistical data . On the other hand, there is a significant and moderately positive relationship between the other dimensions for teachers from both generations. School administrators, as well as teachers, need to know the generations of their colleagues and the generation characteristics of their colleagues. This applies to generations of colleagues and students alike
