Single Cell RNA-seq Profiling of Neuroblastoma and Breast Cancer

This dataset includes seven samples from three patients: neuroblastoma (n = 2) and breast cancer (n = 1). For each neuroblastoma patient, three samples were derived from bone marrow (B), peripheral blood (P), and primary tumor (T). For the breast cancer patient, one sample was derived from peripheral blood.
